4. Advocate for, create and support sustainable, affordable housing targeting the needs of the existing residential base
5. Promote and educate on the Max3R's (maximum reduce, re-use, recycle) and sustainable approaches toward zero waste
6. Reduce over development and land speculation
7. Establish and maintain a sustainability network on Kaua'i
8. Support and promote traditional 'aina (air, water, land, sea) stewardship techniques
9. Set-up and foster an island wide sustainability plan
