Lilikoi Mousse

Everyone (eventually) asks me how to make this recipe and I love to share it. No I didn’t grow any of the ingredients and it’s only semi local…but it’s too good to have sitting in my index. Plus you could absolutely make your own lilikoi juice but I chose to use Anty Lilikoi’s out of convenience. So have at it. I hear whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk will make ice cream without the machine so if you fall in love try sticking it in the freezer. I plan to do this for Thanksgiving!

Ingredients:

  • organic whipping cream – 1 pint
  • organic sweetened condensed milk – 1 can
  • 3/4 cup lilikoi juice

It’s best to have all your ingredients ready to pour. Using a hand beater, whip your whipping cream until it becomes stiff. ~ 2 minutes. Then pour in your sweetened condensed milk and continue to whip for another minute or so. Continue beating and add your lilikoi juice. Refrigerate until serving time. Everyone will ask you how to make it!
